Terms and Conditions Free and Focused Premium Week Retreat

 

Dear customer,

 

Thank you for your enrollment for one of our Free and Focused Premium Week Retreats. These Terms and Conditions apply to single occupancy, single occupancy plus guest and double occupancy enrollments. Once you have placed your order by applying the Place Order button (your ‘enrollment’) these Terms and Conditions are applicable.

• You have placed your order by applying the Place Order button on the freeandfocused.com website. Once we have received your order we will send an email to you with an order conformation, your purchase order number, additional information about the Week Retreat, a take in form (for us to know your athletical standing) and an invoice with payment (wire-) instructions.

 

• Your Program Ticket (your ‘seat’) and your stay at Santa Barbara Golf and Beach Resort are secured only after we have received your payment. We work with small groups of max 24 participants. Our payment terms are 10 days within the invoice issue date. To secure your seat we strongly advise you to make the payment immediately after receiving the invoice with the wire instructions.

 

• When you pay immediately (within 5 working days) after you have received the invoice, you will get:

 

1. A voucher for one additional free Skype consult with Marlies Kort or Bastiaan Zwaan within 1 month after the end of the retreat
2. 2% discount on your current order
3. A 5% discount certificate for you personally on future participation in one of our Free and Focused events
4. A gift certificate of $100 for a friend who would like to participate in one of our events

We accept an email with your bank wire confirmation (or a screen-shot with the date and time of your bank wire) as a proof of your payment.

• If you pay late we charge a fee of $100 per person. We have to apply a fee for late payment because –due to the small groups and limited seats available- towards the end of the reservation period we have to juggle with the seat availability. So the longer you wait the harder it is for us to make the planning and scheduling. And mind, as long as you do not have made your payment, your seat is not guaranteed. We therefore ask you again to PLEASE make your payment in time.

 

• In case we would not receive your payment within 10 working days after your enrollment we retain the right to give your seat(s) away to someone else.

 

• Cancellations will be converted to a non-refundable Program Voucher less any applicable cancellation fees.

 

• Program Vouchers may be applied toward any future Free & Focused event and are valid for up to 12 months from the time of issue. Some restrictions may apply.
• If we receive your cancellation by email before 45 days of the start date of the Free and Focused Premium Week Retreat you will be charged a $1,000.00 per person cancellation fee. All remaining credit will be converted to a non-refundable Program Voucher and is valid for 12 months from the time of issue.

 

• For double occupancy packages where one guest cancels before 45 days of the start of your Free and Focused Premium Week Retreat a $1,000.00 cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining credit (double occupancy price minus single occupancy price minus cancellation fee) will be converted to a non-refundable Program Voucher.

 

• For double occupancy packages where both guests cancel before 45 days of the start of your Free and Focused Premium Week Retreat $1,000.00 per person cancellation fee will be charged. All remaining credit will be converted to a non-refundable Program Voucher and is valid for 12 months from the time of issue.

 

• If a non-participating guest who joins a participating guest cancels at any time there will be no refund.

 

• For all cancellations within 45 days of the start date of your Free and Focused Premium Week Retreat a cancellation fee of $3000.00 per person will be charged instead of $1000.00. All remaining credit conversions will be converted to a non-refundable Program Voucher.

 

• If you leave the event early for any reason refunds or program vouchers will not be

issued.

• No payment plans are applicable to the Free and Focused Premium Week Retreat fees.
